The objective for this project was to create environment in Unreal Engine based on the Glenwood Power plant in New York. In addition, I wanted to create a sequence, to show the power plant ageing over time. I was able to do this by creating a variable that could be key-framed in sequencer, and connecting it to a lerp node that was attached to both the new and old materials. The modeling was done in Blender, and the texturing in Quixel Suite.
